How to Hydrate our Body in a Hot Weather

Our physical body is made up of two parts; the flesh and blood. The flesh itself is composed of bones, muscles, ligaments, organs to name a few. Some of the roles of the flesh is walking and jumping. The blood is the one that keeps the flesh alive. There are various things that are found in the blood. Examples of such things are enzymes, cells, sugars to name a few. What constitutes the highest percentage in the blood is water. Blood is obviously red in color. Oxygenated blood is dark red in color while deoxygenated blood light red in color. Blood does a number of functions in the body. The body is kept warm through the circulation of the blood through its vessels. Examples of types of blood vessels are aorta, veins, capillaries, venules, and arterioles. Blood vessels differ in terms of size and functionality. Aorta for an example is the largest blood vessel while capillaries are the smallest blood vessels.

It is the role of the blood to distribute beneficial nutrient in the tissues of the body. It is also the work of the blood to assist in the removal of the waste substances from the body. Blood has been known to help in boosting the health of the body. Blood cells make sure the body is healthy at all times. The role of the platelets found in the blood is to aid in the healing process of the injuries. White blood cells boost the immunity of the body. The function of the red cells is to transport gasses into and out of the body. The body cannot stay without being dehydrated. Dehydration is mostly experienced during hot weather. Expect the body to sweat through activities such as exercises and businesses. The skin has sweat glands that excrete water and salts through evaporation when the weather is hot. Dehydration is very dangerous to the body since it can bring problems such as a headache and brain malfunctioning.

It should be our aim to stay in cool places during summer to avoid dehydration. There are various techniques we can use to hydrate our body in a hot weather. It is possible to hydrate our body by taking a lot of water. Scientifically, beings are supposed to take eight glasses of water daily. Our body can be hydrated by taking foods that have high water content such as fruits and vegetables. We should distance ourselves from drinks such as alcohol that can make our body be dehydrated.
